Executive Experience
The C.E.O. of Chartered Receivables has a Masters Degree in Accounting & Administration, and a Degree in Electronics Engineering Technology.
Within last 10 years he has worked with many companies where he designed and managed many projects. Under his supervision, his teams were able to out-perform their competitors.
He was awarded by an American International Company to design a system that reduced the business process from 15 minutes to 2 seconds.
He has personally designed many Training and Quality Control Systems for several Call Centers. In addition to these qualifications, he has over seven years of experience designing and implementing Quality Assurance programs.
He is well-known among many Companies to improve Customer Contact Rate from 40% to higher than 90% that always improved business productivity and service.

Our Employees
Only well-mannered and highly qualified professionals can be part of our team. Every employee has to go through a rigorous background check and has to be trained and pass a training certification specially designed by the company CEO. This training package includes HIPAA and FDCPA requirements as well. After passing the training, every employee has to meet the monthly goals with a very minimum exception. We also do a random drug screening as permitted by law.
